Recently I was discussing how business was going with a friend of mine who runs a successful electrical business.  He said business was good, but he was ‘sick of being left with what falls out at the end’.  Like most business owners, he sends out the invoices, pays the bills, and takes what’s left.

It’s possible to run your business differently.  Pay yourself first.  You are the most important person in your business, and you deserve the rewards, not the leftovers.
