The BDG Group started their second session by delivering their board reports, detailing how they’d put what they’d learnt the month before into action.  It was an invigorating time getting a glimpse into how the groups last session had impacted each person’s business in positive ways.

This month’s session focused on the importance of being innovative in order to keep businesses thriving.  The group learned about the fifteen BDG Innovation Tools to help assess weaknesses and drive the right changes required to keep their businesses running smoothly now and into the future.

The group practiced a brain storming session gaining an insight into how these sessions could be a great tool to use with their teams.  Systemic Thinking strategies were explored so that business systems could provide insights useful for solving problems and gaining useful information.

At the end of the session the group left armed with new techniques to apply to their businesses.  Group members held each other to account for dealing with issues that were brought up in the previous session and offered helpful advice in regards to dealing with those issues.  Business relationships grew within group members and their combined strengths became an asset to the whole group.
