Beginning with organisational structure the group were easily able to help each other identify key responsibilities within their businesses which allowed them to reflect on their role/s, and those which needed to be filled as their businesses grow. Thinking about organisational structure even though their business may be small was an exciting and revealing time for the BDG members and a new way to look at their business.  Discussions about different types of organisational structure revealed fresh insights into how to organise a business to gain the best results for all involved.

Learning effective leadership strategies gave group members a lot to learn and discuss, and great enthusiasm towards enhancing their own leadership to elevate their staff.  With excellent learning material and diverse businesses skills within the group this session bore great fruit for enhanced organisation and leadership strategies.
