We wanted to let you know that there will be some upcoming changes to the Kiwisaver contribution rate increasing up to 3.5% from 1 April 2026.

If you are using other payroll software than Xero, please contact your provider to see how this will effect you and your employees.

For Xero payroll software users, Xero will provide more information on how to update your system later in March. We will advise you further at that time what you need to do.
